We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the GreenerAge Project, an initiative aimed at enriching climate literacy among individuals aged 55 and older.
At GreenerAge, we recognised the indispensable role that each generation plays in combating climate change. With this in mind, our project was designed to bridge the knowledge gap among those aged 55 and above, empowering them to make informed decisions and take proactive steps towards sustainability.
AFEdemy was responsible for the Policy Booklet, one of the pivotal outcomes of GreenerAge. The Policy Booklet is a comprehensive guide with recommendations for policy stakeholders on effectively engaging, reaching, and communicating with citizens in this demographic on matters concerning climate change and sustainability. This invaluable resource is the culmination of extensive interviews with policymakers, desk research, and exchanges with stakeholders.
In addition to the Policy Booklet, we are delighted to publish several other resources developed under the umbrella of the GreenerAge project. These include a Compendium, Learning Platform, and Trainer Manual, all of which have been crafted to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to champion sustainability initiatives within their communities.
